I think the live chat people actually handle all GM cars. I did a live chat with someone over at the Chevy page and she was able to answer my cadillac questions too.

Pretty sure GM has an entire suppor team that does that kind of thing for all makes/models. The (potentially very likely) alternative is that it’s outsourced and you’re talking to somebody from New Dehli. Or it’s automated.
